For Xersion Women’s Spring 2018 collection, the color palette focused on happy, optimistic colors, bright fuchsia, neon coral, and fresh mint were accents to the navy and black essential colors. Modern florals and palms served as great prints for matched sets. Feminine shirring and ties were novelty touches to must-have items.

With the trend of the 7/8 length legging emerging in the market, I curated a new table program for the season, mixing and matching print, color blocking, and creating an impactful and successful merchandising presentation.

I spearheaded the introduction of Xersion Lounge, identifying a white space in the assortment. Xersion lounge comprised of super soft drapey French Terry in core sweatshirt and jogger silhouettes, with specialty fashion sweatshirts and dresses that round out the assortment. Xersion Lounge contributed to exceeding the 2018 sales goal by over $ 2 million, leading to increased brand penetration and greater lifestyle merchandising.
